Truck was really dirty inside and out, reserved online, was able to find my reservation but wasn't able to process it so had to start over. People are helpful though and fully explained everything

michelle aThe place that I rented from could use a little more customer service. Meaning when I showed up, no one greeted me or said can I help you? They just all stared at me I had no clue who worked there till I started asking that shouldn’t have happened when you see someone different. That’s not a normal person buying things there you should ask who they are if they need any help. Other than that all is well.
