After multiple rental uses this was the first time there was an online issue checking out and in the equipment. The site kept saying error. When I had called three times checking in the utility trailer and idiot from another store kept changing my drop off location from what I picked. I picked that location because it was closest to me. I had already turned in the equipment, took picture and called because of the uhaul drop my equipment site. Pleasanton, Texas location kept changing my location and said that I agreed to turn in at his location. My contract when I checked out and was trying to check in said Von Ormy Uhaul. Please fix that. Thanks. Other than that, the equipment was by far excellent. Thanks U-Haul
