They do not keep the truck keys in the lock boxes. I keep them inside behind the counter. The gentleman that works inside, barely speaks any English and it was very difficult to get the keys.
Alexander DI had a quarter of a tank of gas or less when I started . It showed 90+ mile that I could drive. I drove 46. I forgot to put gas back into the vehicle. I got charged $30 for gas and another $30 because it was below a quarter tank-which it was below a quarter tank when I got it. A $39 Uhaul, cost me $147. This is ridiculous!!!!

GENE BThe trailer we rented had a flat tire when we got there. When we brought it up to the has station attendant he just shrugged his shoulders and said the air was over there. It was $2.00 for air and once we left we made it about two hours away and the tire went flat again. We couldn't even haul the car the we drove to get because we were afraid the tire would go flat again on the interstate. I wasted my money renting the trailer because I didn't even get to use it.
