There was no one here to help us. Post it note on the door during business hours stating they were gone to post office. Very time consuming to return on our own via the APP. Woudl have much simpler to have a human there to assist us. The whole U-haul experience was terrible.

This was a mobile pickup. Had issues with the app and had to call 3 times to resolve various issues.

Donald HWhen I returned the truck to this location from Los Angeles, CA. , I was promptly greeted with Southern hospitality of good warmth by the woman who worked there. She welcomed us to Georgia and was very friendly. She had the paper work ready for us to checkout, she inspected the rental truck and was just a breath of fresh air to do business with. This has been my best U-Haul experience. Thank you U-Haul! You all rock!
