The self serve process can a confusing even after watching the video. If your phone is not setup for this app then you out of luck. I had to get the person that was helping me move use his phone and loading all my person information on his phone to check in and get truck. I do have a IPHONE and it didn’t work. I will always now find a U-Haul with a live person moving forward. I even called the customer service and they tried to help.
