I had originally booked a 4:45pm pickup from a different dealer location (Peach Orchard Road). However, the person thee decided to leave early on a Friday, leaving me and another customer completely without a way to obtain our trailers. I quickly relocated to this location and was able to pick one up here. Very dissatisfied at the first place in Peach Orchard Road, but very thankful that Masters Auto Group was able to pick up their slack. I had a great deal of trouble uploading photos to verify equipment. This process was cumbersome and probably should have been done when checking the trailer out, not via a late issued text message.
