When calling the # provided for drop off I got the nursery staff. They were rude and seemed very put off that they had to deal with a uhaul question. They were not well informed on how I was supposed to return the truck if they were not there (they aren't open Sundays). Fortunately I was done a day early when they were open or it would have been a total nightmare trying to figure out what to do Sunday morning. She couldn't even explain where to drop the truck off well, it is a massive property with multiple gates etc. I have never been there so I was going in knowing nothing about the property being new to the area. Paradise needs to work on their customer service big time. The only reason I would recommend it is because it's in a great location and easy to navigate with a trailer or big truck.
