I showed up to return the UHaul and no one was there. When I called the main line they said the location owner had an emergency at another location. That happens, but I should have been notified that the location was not open prior to me driving 40 miles to get there (I live in the country.) Because there was no one there I had to take the trailer off myself and leave it there and I am almost 70 years old and female. It was disappointing
