I cannot say enough good things about Tom and Kim Hightower. Kim called me the day before our return date to confirm everything and make sure everything was going well with our move. Very nice and personable. We actually ended up dropping the truck off ahead of schedule. Tom was there to greet us and took care of the check in without any issues. We had a great conversation, and you could tell he enjoys helping others and is great at customer service. My son now lives in Danville, IL and I will make sure we recommend doing business with the Hightowers.

verify the locks work on both doors The employees at Hightower Family Detailing were amazing! One gentleman was extremely helpful and nice.
Stacey BExcellent, friendly service. The only downside I can see is the low lying area where the equipment is parked on unpaved, unrocked grass. In rainy weather or snow, it could be soft and muddy. It was not a problem for us on a lovely day. The service was excellent. The wiring was thoroughly tested and, when the wiring harness on the trailer proved to be the problem, it was immediately switched out.
