I was told everything was fine. Then I got there and spent an hour trying to pick this up. U-Haul then said my contract wasn’t scheduled all the way. I uploaded my license 4 times. Terrible experience

MELANIE PI was supposed to pick up my 15-ft truck at a Russellville AR location at 12:00. A few hours before pick-up, I was notified that I would have to pick it up at another town.
