We sat in the parking lot for a hour trying to sign in before getting the U-Haul having issues taking pictures and payment charging us twice. Overall experience with using mobile reservation not good!
Ronald WThey said I was going to get some of my money back if I returned it before the 3rd day of the rental. I did not get anything back. Don’t say something if you’re not going to keep your word. Other than that it was a decent place and the help was friendly.
