It was a Sunday when I dropped off the truck. Keys in the drop box. I tried to call the number listed in the contract but no one answered. They called the next day, Monday wanting to know where the keys were. I told them I dropped them in the drop box. Maybe it’s me but that would have been the first place I would have checked.

GENE KIt was a little gard to dropp off at this location because its so cramped. There was about a 50 foot stretch with 2 gates and no access to the office unless you have a storage unit there, so I had to look up their phone number online to get someone to help. My little car and the Uhaul barely fit in the space provided while we were waiting, and we were blocking the traffic for people entering and exiting.
Brittney EAfter hours drop off, did not deal with personnel. All I saw was a parking space.
