You can’t take pictures of all four sides of the truck because they are parked against fences… The truck that I picked up was below the red line empty… No gas… This location is right next to the ghetto so definitely not safe as you get into the evening… The cupholder was broken, so I couldn’t even set any drinks in the truck… Definitely do not want to rent from this location

Nathaniel WNo driveway to park in, you park a huge moving truck on the side of the road in whatever grassy area you can find. No notification that this is the situation, if my wide hadn't checked out the information in Yelp we would have had no idea what to do. No signs on where to put keys, we had to search around for a box.
JEFFREY JIt is a terribly inconvenient drop off location - located at both a busy round about on a busy major road, Additionally, there is no area for parking for either drop off rental nor private vehicles. It is a shared business with a used car lot surrounded by a chain link fence. The used car lot is not obtainable by driving into or up to. We had to park our private vehicles around the corner at a very sketchy gas station and walk around the business till we found a back entrance thru their fenced lot during business hours. Customer service was more concerned with dealing with getting a used vehicle service/repaired for resale then helping us. We were told to self return thru the app and leave the truck pulled off the side of the road before the stop sign and intersection to the busy round about.
