I arrived at night for an after hours pickup. The facility and parking for the truck was pitch dark. No lighting. Nothing was paved. The entire place was dirt. The truck was stuck in the mud. And I had to walk through ankle deep mud ruining my shoes to get to the truck. And then when I started the truck and attempted to pull out it was completely stuck in the mud tire spinning. Then I had to get out and shovel out the tires so that I could get the truck off the property and start my move.

It was way off the beaten path, on a dirt road, no convenient. The guy was really cool, but the location wasn't.
Melissa AThe location was closed at our scheduled return time. Though we attempted to call multiple times, there was no answer, then what sounded like possibly voicemail before we were cut off. Then, within the 30 minutes of these attempted calls, we were charged for an additional day of rental. Though I was assured I will be refunded this amount, after contacting customer service, it will take 3-5 business days to do so. I will NEVER use this unprofessional location again. Zero stars!

ANDREW HTerrible experience with pick up. Location was awful and no help. Lock box was difficult to use and owner let their barking dog out yet wouldn’t answer the door to help up pick up the key. U-HAUL customer service was slow and didn’t care to help. It took over 45 minutes to be verified to get our rental. Not impressed at all.
