We tried to do the self-check-in and were unsuccessful. It was frustrating. It would be helpful if there were a booster there so people could actually check in the vehicles, since the requirement is to have a real-time image of the dash. I don't believe this was the issue entirely, as we still had service. I believe there was a problem with the site. A representative texted a link to m,e and I had the same issues.

PETER JThis is a small town, and essentially a garage. I was glad there was a place this close to drop off the truck and I did not have to go 4 or 5 hours away. But since it was a garage there were vehicles parked 3 deep. It was not easy to park the truck. The man that helped me seemed pretty put out.
