How U-Haul Reviews WorkGlenns Auto Repair is amazing. The rental process was quick and painless, the trailer was ready, and I was on the way to load up in no time. What made the experience with Glenns Auto so amazing is they took the time to explain and demonstrate the hook-up so that I was comfortable with the process and they turned the car hitch around so that it worked better. The next morning, being fully loaded and ready for a very long trip home, I decided to stop at Glenns Auto where they double checked to make sure all was still good for the long drive home. They were so patient, kind and helpful. I would give more than 5 stars!
JULIE WThis location tried to refuse to accept the drop-off even though it was specified in the contract. He stated that he had been told by UHaul not to accept any more drop-off's and I'd have to find somewhere else. After I consulted with the pick-up location, I dropped it off anyway and took pictures to document that I had.
