Make sure system is working. Customer has to do all them self thru app. Customer service was not bad but not that good.

Robert BMy experience with U-Haul was absolutely unacceptable. From the moment I arrived to pick up the rental, we were treated with attitude, disrespect, and zero professionalism. The staff were rude, dismissive, and made the whole process stressful and uncomfortable especially shocking since this was my very first time renting from U-Haul.When I returned the truck, the behavior was exactly the same. The staff were very rude, very demanding, and acted like helping customers was an inconvenience to them. There was no respect, no courtesy, and no professionalism at any point during the entire experience.No customer should ever be spoken to or treated the way we were. Because of this experience, I will never return to this location, and I will strongly warn others to stay away. U-Haul seriously needs to address the way their employees treat paying customers.
JOSE BWhen making a reservation, rental equipment should reflect what is available at the rental location. There were no furniture dollies available at the location we booked at. Having updated inventory would ensure a smooth check in process. It seemed redundant to reserve online and then repeat the whole process again when picking up the keys inside.
