When it was time to turn in truck I went to app. on Active rentals there was no active rental shown I called customer service I was put on hold for about 5 minutes a recording came on saying if I would choose a call back which I did. I waited for 20 minutes in the car at the parking lot with no call back so I left to make dinner. called that night again finally got live person saying don't worry you'll get a email regarding the return come to find out I was charged an extra $200 this is totally uncalled for of this charge worse experience I've had with Uhaul and I've been a customer since 1998. I DEMAND MY $200 BACK! Need a Supervisor on this matter ASAP!
