I reserved a 20 foot truck in January and was told 1 day before pick up that there was only 15 foot available. No trailers were available to accommodate the space we lots because of this. We ended up losing a lot of our belongings and being out $600 more and 32 hours of travel time as my husband had to rent a van and go back and forth twice to get rest of our stuff. The experience was a nightmare and I would never recommend this service to anyone in the future.
