The guy at the desk was not helpful at all and did not care to help me. He kept telling me to use my app to turn the truck back in, even though I continuously told him that it wasn’t registering or finding my reservation. I finally was helped by calling the district office and she closed out my acct manually.
DAMON JThe person working the store was very rude. I have never done a non contact rental. Instead of saying boxes are outside he yelled at me. The steps to do the rental are very stressful
