Took this location 2 weeks to close out my contract after multiple attempts of reaching out. Both me and U-Haul contacted them multiple times to get my contract closed out. They told me the dolly was not in the truck the it was and then it wasn’t. I still don’t know if it was in the truck or not. But I know it was in the truck when I dropped it off. It sat in their lot for over 2 weeks unlocked. They were unhelpful every time I tried contacting them but finally got it resolved.
