Rented from uhaul many time, and this was the worst truck I've had so far. It had transmission, battery, and alternator problems.should not have been sent out under those conditions. The truck stalled multiple times, and inconvenienced the whole move. I did receive a partial refund though. The service reps were great, but the equipment was again less than par.

I had to go to THREE locations to drop this trailer off. I kept getting rerouted around town and the employees were not concerned. I am not one to make a fuss, but this out me in a bad situation for my first day at work. It also made me sit in over an hour of traffic. The customer service at the second location was appalling.

In the morning, only one employee doing everything. He did a good job doing one customer at a time. Just seemed like there should be several at that time?

One man was holding down the fort by himself. He did a good job but two people were probably needed.

I had booked uhaul pickup from “2615 E Louisiana Ave, Denver”, but when I reached this location the person at the store told me that they don’t have any trucks and my reservation has been moved to another location. When I asked that I never got any information about the location change, he told to talk to Customer care. The customer care was so rude and said she can’t do anything. Finally the person at the “2645 W Alameda Ave” registered an objective on my request. Now this entire thing caused so much of trouble and made my moving experience really pathetic

This mangar, Diego claimed the UHAUL Call center and therefore not related to my charge dispute. I was quoted 59 cents a mile and then charged 99 cents a mile when I get back. Then wouldn't refund my money. Never use UHAUL again. This is how windows get smashed on Uhaul trucks.

Everyone was pleasant and professional and friendly. Equipment was available and no hassles. I use this location every time I need to move/pickup/transfer something too large for my car and I've had nothing but positive experiences here. Thank you!

I reserved a truck for 11. When I got there I was 4th in line and no one was working. We waited about 15 minutes before I decided to walk the back area and say hello a few times then a girl appeared and I let her know people were waiting and had about 30 minutes. She then told me only one person was working and I am assuming she meant herself and I’m also guessing she was at lunch being she was hiding in the back. If you know you will have people showing up at a certain time it’s good to staff accordingly.

Did the online check in. Still had to do everything over at the counter causing me a serious delay. Went out to hook up to trailer. Hooked up and the lights didn't work. Guy tries fixing them. Cant. Decides he'll just get me another trailer. Has to redo paperwork causing me even greater delay. Shouldn't this stuff all have been checked prior to renting it out?

We made a reservation for an eight o’clock pickup. When we arrived it said there was no equipment assigned to our order and to call for assistance. We called and left a voicemail and left at 8:20 after calling the number again. At 8:40 they called us asking why we weren’t there, we went back and they still weren’t there. Finally got the truck an hour after our reservation time. Very frustrating experience.

Would be nice if staff new which side of the street this location was on. I called in advance and asked, and the person had no idea if it was on the north or south side of Evans, or even east or west of Federal. That's useful information for someone driving a large truck that they are not used to, and it's pretty basic information. Kind of nit picky, honestly, and he did mention he was new to the area. Staff was otherwise helpful and friendly enough.
