As with many U-Hauls in the Denver area, it is nearly impossible to get someone to answer the phone. Very frustrating and irritating, sufficiently so for me to explore alternatives.

Kudos to Juan Garcia at your Alameda (Denver) location. He was very professional and helpful.

I was forced to wait 30 mins while the understaffed front desk decided to serve the propane customers rather than me. Then when I did get the equipment, I was told the 2 wheeler was in the back but I discovered it was not there when I got to the location. So I wasted my time, did not get the equipment listed, and was delayed all day.

Severely understaffed. one person checking in everything and doing maintenance on trucks.

Equipment defective. Contracted a specific size then got changed at your disgression without notifying me. Unacceptable

Got a text saying where to pick up my uhaul. When I got to the place in the morning the guy told me my reservation was changed to a different location, however no one from uhaul let me know. I had to pay an extra $20 for mileage plus gas than I would have had to pay if I was not changed. Poor customer service. Will avoid using uhaul for future moves.

Only having one person assisting all the clientele at this location is inconvenient for customers and unfair to the employee.

They gave me credit for the dolly with a low tire. No arguments at all.

Very welcoming and easy to drop off. Parking is crowded.

It would be helpful to have more than one staff member on duty to handle the number of customers and tasks needing tended. We made our reservation online beforehand, and still waited for over an hour to be helped, despite the helpful nature of the manager/staff at the location.

Probably not much. Would have rated it above average but it's just in a congested part of Denver.

There was only one individual working when I picked up my truck yesterday at 10:30am, and it took 45 minutes to help three customers ahead of me before I was helped. Then my truck "wasn't ready" even though I made a reservation over the phone hours before and told them exactly when I would arrive. By the time I was leaving the store, there was a line at least ten people long, so I'm sure people were waiting around for a couple hours in some cases. Just seemed like poor planning on the part of this store, and if this happens again we'll be taking our business elsewhere.

When I arrived it was a little busy. There were two people on duty. One worked the counter and one got trucks ready. It would have been faster if a 3rd was there.

Need more employees working to alleviate the long lines.

They didn’t know I had add ons like a hitch and tape. Also the door on the trailer was so hard to open. The two ppl that helped me out were very nice though.

I reserved a truck for 12 pm. Got there and there was only one employee. Didn't get to even speak with someone until after 1230. Time is money and mine was wasted. Why did I reserve it Just to have to wait. If There are more than one orders for a time have the people to take care of them!!!!!

The check out process was painful. I had done the express check out on line and when I go to the store it took 45 minutes to check out. They seemed short staffed as the same employees had to run the computer and get the equipment ready, which made everything seem extremely slow!!!

The guys were very helpful and friendly. I was nervous about my trip with a box truck and car trailer but I felt reassured after all of my questions were answered. Thank you!

There was one very slow employee at the counter with over half a dozen customers waiting. The guy in the back area finally came up front and helped a little with the line. Our first rental had a “check engine” light come up within a mile of the store. We had to return it and wait in the absurdly slow line again. We got another truck but it was such a hassle and waste of our rental time. Parking was limited. Cruddy stereo with static music blared in the customer service area.
