Truck was not ready on time because the location was not open yet and the employee did not process the previous renter’s return the night before. Receipt when I reserved said 19.95 due at pick up, instead $106 was held on my card. I rented a different truck the same day from a different location, so I knew this wasn’t necessary. The employee who checked the truck out to me did not check the gas and just put it as a full tank. When I went to return the truck, I had to put the tank as full because I only used 5 miles of gas, not the quarter tank it was trying to charge me for. Both employees I worked with were very rude. When I tried to work with customer service, I was shuffled around every department for an hour and not helped at all. I would not recommend renting from this u-haul location at all, and the problem solving skills of all the phone agents I pointlessly talked to could use work as well.

THOMAS NThe check in process with all the pictures is a lot. You should warn people that you will need an additional 10-20 minutes for check in and check out. I was late picking up my furniture because of this. Location is amazing though - people were helpful and accommodating!
