Customer Reviews

Very nice very clean and comfortable friendly wouldn't change anything

Had to wait for agent to arrive at location after being telephoned. He did not know how to use tow dolly. He put return to Platte MO after I said Plato MO. His English was challenging.

Just make sure that if there is a reservation that someone is on hand to handle it. We had to wait 20 minutes to pick up and 20 minutes to drop off, since the owner had to drive to the location.

I was asked if I wanted a dolly and I said yes, but I didn't receive it. It's a good thing I didn't really need it. Hopefully, I wasn't charged for it.

Place is a dump with no one in attendance. Left my paperwork with on oriental liquor store owner next door that barely spoke english.

The drop off service was not helpful. We dropped off the equipment a day early and were charged for an additional day. The equipment was faulty. I would not recommend this location for using uhaul equipment to anyone.

Their records indicated that there were only 8 miles on the odometer when I rented it but there were 13. On top of this the gas guage would not measure accurately how much gas was in the tank when I filled it up. I tried turning the motor on and off and it bumped up a bit. However, I ended up putting in 1/8th tank more gas than I should have. I told the UHaul people I wanted credit for the extra but they said nothing could be done. I later found that I could do much better with renting a truck from Home Depot.

This was a really sketchy experience. The site was in conjuncture with a liquor store and a motel. We had to wait a half hour even after having made a reservation.

There was not appropriate place to park the rental.
