You had 2 locations that were nearly side by side of each other. I chose this location because the other one was located at a liquor store. But more importantly my response was tied to the "pass off" I received trying to get my truck. Very friendly customer service but I had to talk to 4 people in order to get my order right for me. No big deal, just time.

There should be someone from U-Haul on site, this is just some key boxes at the back of a hotel. Our truck leaked and several of our items got wet. Our original truck we reserved wasn't available so we were sent here. Because no one is on site we were unable to get the equipment we reserved (blankets) and some of our furniture got damaged.

GODWIN OThe mobile pickup process is a mess. The app just takes you back and fourth and you won’t get anywhere with it. Should not be given an option for an in person pick up if it doesn’t exist here.
Kaden GOne shouldn't be transferred to the web site when using the app. That would make things easier and more clear.
