DONT DO IT!! Didn’t supply equiptment, but charged me for it. There is no building or customer service person to talk to- had to do the move without a dolly. Charge .40 cents a mile driven- which is a scam. The truck was sticky when I received it and they charged ME 25$ for mentioning it was dirty. I don’t care how convenient this location is- it’s not worth it.

DAVID WEquipment was really good, clean and new. Actual pickup location was totally unresponsive, a desk/counter doesn’t exist. Ended up wasting 45 minutes just trying to figure out what to do and getting in contact with customer service. Ads make it seems you can do everything from your phone and you can’t.
Marcus AI booked location as it was meant to be in person pick up and drop off . It’s not and was emailed the day of pick up about this. No instructions on how to get keys or what to look for. Also no keys for my vehicle in lock box , wasted 1/2 hour trying ito organize this
