I can't rate the personnel because we dropped it off on a Sunday when no one was working.
KATHLEEN CWe selected this location specifically because it allowed for 24/7 drop off. However when we arrived (at 10pm, in the dark), we spent almost 30 minutes walking the property looking for a drop box that we never found. We knew we were in the right place because we saw the business signage and other U-Haul trucks. We contacted customer service and the agent couldn’t find any notes about a drop box for this location on their end so they ended up advising me on what to do, which in all took a 15 minute call. Very stressful end to a full day of loading/unloading/driving.
JOSHUA BDon't know if location was open because they were closed although I was turning in the trailer during published hours. Called their number and someone told me to leave the trailer in an unlocked lot and they would email mean receipt the next day. Seemed to be miffed that I was turning it inn early. I think that maybe this is a cleaning business that does U-Haul as a side thing when it's not inconvenient. Why did I have to drive by a store where uhaul is their only business too turn my trailer in?
