When I went there the person behind the counter had no knowledge/ability to effectuate the rental. She had to call someone, who did not answer her phone. So I had to call customer service, which led to a process/comedy of errors that took 45 minutes just so I could drive away with the vehicle that I had rented. It was a very frustrating experience and a terrible start to my day.
william FThe bed of the truck was filthy. It says you can be charged if the trucks left dirty but then it's not cleaned for the next client. I also was missing the furniture dolly and instead found a utility dolly which wasn't of any use to me. So locations need to double check vehicles
DEANNA GThey overcharged me. Almost double charged me. I called to get this resolved and they gave me the number to reach Dave. Dave has not answered the phone or called me back. My bill was $120 and they charged me over $200 and now they are avoiding me instead of even trying to resolve the issue. Absolutely terrible
