Rented dolly ahead of time and was not with truck, if I knew it wasn’t going to be prepared I would have made other plans.

DANIEL BDrop box was confusing- we put the keys back in the original box we took out from #3. The return box did not say uhaul on it and the papers inside were if you were dropping a personal car for service so we did not use it. Also outside of this shops control the road is being replaced and one entrance sign blew down making it difficult to locate on our original approach.
