I was givin a rental with a 1/4 tank of gas. This is a huge inconvenience as I had put gas in it before I could begin my trip and not knowing how much gas I’d need. These rentals need to have a full tank prior to pickup! Huge, huge, huge inconvenience!!!!

Maria BJohn went above and beyond for us! I had rented a trailer 2 months in advance from another location. The day before pickup, they called me to say they wouldn't have it, and John's location was the closest and soonest I could have a trailer. I was now at risk of missing an important event to which I needed to tow a racecar. Even though none of this was John's fault, he made special accommodations for my wife and I to pickup and deliver the trailer exactly when we needed! I cannot recommend John enough, and I will most certainly book with him again in the future. Thank you sir, for your exceptional customer service.
