I don’t see how improvements can be made. The two gentleman were extremely helpful and informative. They provided unsolicited suggestions and safety tips. They helped me move from a point of uncertainty if not fear to one of secure confidence in my abilities to manage my dolly rental. Definitely a superior customer service experience!
