The pick up and return was flawless. However uhaul needs to train customer service what true customer service is. I have rented uhaul exclusively for all my moves. This experience though has me thinking that my next move i will use a competitor even though they are usually higher prices

ANTONIO VCustomer service rep very friendly and helpful. But we had reserved moving blankets and without notice we learned upon arrival that they did not have any. Would have like to have known this in advance so we could plan alternatives. Service rep did help scrounge up a few strays to helpnwhichninappreciated.
ERIC MRecent storms left the windows covered in dust. I had to wipe them all down before driving in able to see.
