NEVER AGAIN THEY LIED ABOUT PRICE THERE WAS NO GAS IN TRUCK IT TOOK 2HOURS TO GET THE KEY OFF THE APP EVEN THO I HAD IT ALL SET UP A WEEK PRIOR IT WAS ALL NONSENSE AND I CALLED THE SERVICE NUMBER AND NO ONE WANTED TO HELP EVEN THO THERE WAS NO ONE ONSIT EITHER

William S/well for a 24 hour + 4 hour rental I was charged $238.48 which in my opinion (and the reason I will not rent from this location again) I was charged for a 3 day Uhaul rental, BUT only used the truck for 2 days. the truck was back on the lot where I moved it from on 7/17/2025 and was put back in that spot by me 7/19/2025. It was swept out and wiped out by me, AND it was on the lot at rustic furniture Donegal at 4:28 p.m. on 7.19.2025 I think the 34.53 should be enough to cover the FEW hours on 7/19/2025. I should of kept it until the next day at 1:30 BECAUSE I WAS CHARGED for 3 days . Someone else could of rented it that evening .. 7/19/25 BECAUSE IT WAS BACK IN THE PARKING LOT!! CLEANED & READY TO GO . GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR RIP OFF . HIGHWAY ROBBERY!! the RETURN OF 69.84 WOULD BE NICE!!!!!!!!!!! PLUS I CALLED THE 'MANAGER' AND SUPRISE SUPRISE NO RETURN PHONE CALL.
