/well for a 24 hour + 4 hour rental I was charged $238.48 which in my opinion (and the reason I will not rent from this location again) I was charged for a 3 day Uhaul rental, BUT only used the truck for 2 days. the truck was back on the lot where I moved it from on 7/17/2025 and was put back in that spot by me 7/19/2025. It was swept out and wiped out by me, AND it was on the lot at rustic furniture Donegal at 4:28 p.m. on 7.19.2025 I think the 34.53 should be enough to cover the FEW hours on 7/19/2025. I should of kept it until the next day at 1:30 BECAUSE I WAS CHARGED for 3 days . Someone else could of rented it that evening .. 7/19/25 BECAUSE IT WAS BACK IN THE PARKING LOT!! CLEANED & READY TO GO . GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR RIP OFF . HIGHWAY ROBBERY!! the RETURN OF 69.84 WOULD BE NICE!!!!!!!!!!! PLUS I CALLED THE 'MANAGER' AND SUPRISE SUPRISE NO RETURN PHONE CALL.

I was a little confused with the online UHaul Process. It appeared as though I hadn't followed the process as I was picking up and returning the trailer during the weekend when the store was not involved in the transaction as much. They still accommodated my needs and did not make a big deal of my mistake. I will likely continue to use this location as well as Uhaul in the future. Everyone I worked with was very helpful and made me feel at ease, even though I had accidentally not followed the process Uhaul put into place. I was also happy with the condition of the trailer and had ZERO issues.

Deborah EI wish there was just a little better communication with what to do when you arrive to the location. Maybe some signage or an email instructing you to call the 1-800 number for further instructions after checking in on your mobile device. Same thing for the checkout process.
