Drop off was fine except for being slammed for $20 for drop off fee- which was not discussed at reservation time. Just another junk fee to charge your customers.
BRYAN DWas a small location and didn’t have a great parking option for a 26’. Didn’t have a good place to park the truck without feeling it was in the way.

Dana GMy only issue was with my initial rental location,1. Having only one vehicle to rent in the size I requested, 2. Not having the vehicle available (previous renter has had the truck for 30+ days) after reporting it was,3. Needing to drive even farther to pick up and return without compensation. The mileage cost is pretty high with zero perk miles. Customer Service was very helpful and their assistance was very much appreciated.
