I experienced bait and switch. I reserved one type of trailer but was later told it wasn't available and switched to another type causing me to have to make two trips. There was also miscommunication about when they closed. I asked and was told 9 . They actually close at 5pm. They open at 9am although Google Maps lists their open time as 8am. When I returned the trailer at 8pm there was no one there to help me detach the trailer causing me to suffer a minor injury.
