I didn't like the drop-off area because it was difficult to find; there were no signs to guide you. The inside looked dark through the glass, making it hard to tell if they were open or closed. Moreover, you had to park behind the building in a messy area filled with trash and dirt, which was unpleasant to walk through. I'm glad I didn't have to drop off after hours, as parking at the back would have been frightening.

Herbert FUhaul app did not work correctly or not at all
Ronald WBetter communication to location on where truck is located the day of pickup . Original supposed to be at a different location. Truck was not at this location. Had to do a lot of waiting to find out where the truck was really at. The second location were the truck was poor with customer service service and truck had a damaged bumper on driver side . Weren’t sure if bumper would stay attached. Drop off location customer service was great. Had delays in returning due to weather . Worked with us on this.
