we were told that the office would be available for return on Wednesday Nov.26 by 2:00 pm.we brought it back by the time stated and the office was already closed.our driver attempted to use the app to return the vehicle to no avail.phone numbers were also listed to assist in return but no one took the calls.poor communication for management at this location.we will not use or recommend them in the future.

The drop off scenario was a bit frustrating because the promps were not allowing me to get from step one to step complete quick enough. I had to restart several times before completing. Everything else was great!

BRUCE YHorrible experience with this U-Haul rental. The trucks check engine light was on from the time we left the place till we returned it and it also shook very badly when you reached the speed of 40 mph and plus. We kept extended are rental as we need more time but the place we rented the truck from shut down the being able to extend the rental on the app to where we had to call corporate every time to extend the rental. And not to mention we were harassed but the rental place every time we extended with voicemails and texts saying we couldn’t extend the rental that the have a family waiting and needed the truck we had and couldn’t use anything else. So I’m giving the rental location a 1 star if I coul give it less I would so save your time and sanity and dont rent a U-Haul at this location.
TRAE SNo one was there, had to check out by mobile. Again was a charge was attempted for 600+ miles. Felt like I was severely over charged for a local move. I used to use uhaul alot now I feel like its going downhill. Probably will go with home depot or penski next time.
