Upon arriving at the location, I walk in the office and there were several individuals smoking and the office reeked of cigarette smoke. To expect customers to walk into that and be subject to that is absurd, especially in this day and age. They were closed on Sunday so I returned the trailer Monday morning at 9 AM when they opened and I was charged an extra day. That is ridiculous! I will never use this location again.
