nothing but praise on the pick up location it is with u haul itself that i am not happy as in the last minute they decide to change my reservation to another place witch is 2 hr away from that location . thank to HPC Distributions Inc they were able to accommodate me
HENRI RBig fail for my reservation that was supposed to be 8min from my house. I ended driving 3 hours to get this truck at a different location.
NANCY BLe camion prend l'eau. Pendant la route il a beaucoup plu , en arrivant a destination 2 meuble et 4 boites était détrempés. En plus davoir eu un retard sur ma location , mon 50$ de rabais promis par l'agente (référence 5358721) n'a pas été appliqué. En résumé j'ai déménagé un journée en retard, je n'ai pas eu de rabais, et plusieurs de mes choses étaient mouillé.
Gaby SL ensemble était propre sauf la vitre en avant pleine de crotte d'oiseau . Et en freinant le camion tire a gauche a verifier .
