Quick friendly service!
FRANCO HThe pick up location was not good. Literally down a dirt road in a trailer park. It did not feel very secure. When I picked up the keys from the lock box, it was not locked.

Jasmine sHad a contract to pick up at 4:30 PM when I got there no one was there. I called. He said he was off today that I had to use the app. Nothing in the contract told me I had to use the app and your website is terrible when we tried to sign on the app. The whole page moved up and down so that you could not sign and that was just one of a plethora of problems we had trying to get our truck and then we did not have the blankets or dolly that we had requested.
