It would be nice if the rental came with a hand truck, but other than that the customer service was exceptional…..very friendly and professional….i was very pleased and will return with my next move.
Kathleen SI reached out to Erica at the last min trying to reserve a truck, she was very professional, and messaged me right back and let me know what she had available..within 30-45 min, I was picking up the uhaul and done w paperwork..If you need a Uhaul, yall check them out!
