I had a very difficult, stressful experience with picking up my uhaul at Rocky Mountain Sheds at 5:00am in the dark. The app didn't work. I called customer service and the call dropped and no one called me back. I called again and had to use the website - in the dark, in the cold, trying to take photos and jumping through s million hoops before I could drive away. It took me over an hour on the phone to drive the truck away....with less than a 1/2 tank of gas. So not only did my travel start 75 minutes late, but then I had to go fill up the tank. It was a ridiculously long process to get the truck outside of business. I don't recommend using this location in off hours.

MICHAEL CNice big parking lot for truck return. I didn't interact with any personnel, I used the key drop box, so I can't actually rate that, but the form wouldn't allow me to submit it with out some sort of rating selected.
TRACY SStefen is wonderful to work. He went eay beyond TO WORK WITH me on every twist snd turn of THIS COMPLICATED RELOCATION. the uhaul tape sucks. the bubbles wrap very poor quality.
