aaron pI had a very difficult, stressful experience with picking up my uhaul at Rocky Mountain Sheds at 5:00am in the dark. The app didn't work. I called customer service and the call dropped and no one called me back. I called again and had to use the website - in the dark, in the cold, trying to take photos and jumping through s million hoops before I could drive away. It took me over an hour on the phone to drive the truck away....with less than a 1/2 tank of gas. So not only did my travel start 75 minutes late, but then I had to go fill up the tank. It was a ridiculously long process to get the truck outside of business. I don't recommend using this location in off hours.
