Pick up drop off experience was awesome. The only problem was that the lock key was jammed and we couldn’t lock the truck. Otherwise 5 stars to the convenient store and U-Haul customer service. Thank you

Reverse camera would be helpful for the truck - while the truck from my previous Uhaul run (in Texas, US) was equipped with one, this truck was not. Would make the trip and equipment much more safer if it is included.

Arthur MAirconditioning of vehicle was not working - hot day @40 degrees! Had issues with mis-reported fuel levels previous and I'm still awaiting to hear back on the complaint.
Kapil SThey mis-reported fuel level at drop off and charged me. Fortunately I had a photo evidence and was able to raise a complaint immediately. Awaiting resolution but beware!
