It was Sunday before noon called the one 800 number was exceptional service but most of all the location had a phone number to call on the door a gentleman by the name of Robert which I believe owns the property was better than exceptional. I’ve been in business for 35 years. He was courteous and just very decent and did everything he could to help me he was unbelievable.

We were quoted one price online and when we got there it was almost $150+ more and the guy said it was a deposit we would get back when we returned it. When we returned it and got our receipt I found out he had added coverage on it and that there was no deposit on one way rentals. He also told us to return it between 1/2 -3/4 tank of gas and we returned it between that on exactly what it was on when we got it and got charged for several gallons of gas. Poor communication! The lady at U-Haul did refund me the coverage bc she could see it was done at pickup but ask questions and look over your receipt and make sure you take a picture of gas gauge when you pick it up!!! I won’t rent at this location again!!
