The truck did not contain the furniture page and furniture dolly that we paid for and needed for our move. Due to the location being self check out, we had to wait for the owner to come from his home to the shop to get us the required tools. This made us 30min late for our prescheduled movers as we were supposed to pick up the truck at 10am and we didn’t successfully leave with the truck and moving items until 11am making me loose significant money per hour from my movers.

At 9:44pm we were approached by a man in an unidentified vehicle that kept asking for the keys of the U-Haul rental saying that he worked for U-Haul and can finish the rental for us. We didn’t feel comfortable and proceeded to place the keys into the box and he followed us in his far. If he did work for U-Haul it would be nice to receive notification of an employee at the drop off site or some kind of clear identification on his vehicle or person with association to U-Haul

Terry WIt should be very clear this is an unattended location and pick up can only proceed through the app. Further the accessories I ordered were not in the truck. Another reason not to use this location. I had to drive the truck to another location to get those.
