Move these trucks to a different dealer. He is complaining about drivers hitting his building, lying about the parking spaces being filled, and rushing the call with the agent helping me pickup the truck - since I needed to change the pickup time. He is boggus. The whole Uhaul system is extraordinary though.

Sheila LI personally made sure that I filled the gas tank in return to the level where I received the truck gas level, but was STILL charged a gas fee.. Not cool. I’m attempting to receive a reimbursement.
