I really don't know that my issues were necessarily the fault of this location, but the renting experience was just awful. I went to the physical location to rent the truck at 4:30 pm the afternoon before I needed the truck the next day at 5:00 am. Evidently there were issues with Uhaul's online computer system/software. The location associate had to place a call to someone else to make a reservation for me. A reservation that I could have simply made myself online. She took all my personal information, made photos of my driver's license, and took my credit card information. She did not rent me the vehicle. She did not give me a key to the vehicle. I was told I would be given a code to get into the lockbox which held the truck key the next morning when I arrived pick up the truck. I was told I could only arrive 10 minutes early to begin the online process so I arrived the next morning at 4:50 am. The rening experience/truck pick-up was just awful. I had to re-enter all of my personal information, take photos of my license, provide the card iformation, take selfie photos of myself, and unlock a hard to get to lock in a rainsorm. The uhaul system wouldn't accept the selfie photos because I was having to take them in the pitch dark and they weren't "clear." I had to make several attemps to get the selfie acceptable. I then had to tackle the lock. Have you ever tried to unlock a combination lock that your having a hard time even seeing the dial because your having to hold your phone to get the code, hold a flashlight to see the lock dial, and use two hands turn the lock dial?.....all the while being pelted with rain because the lock is in an area that isn't protected from the elements. Miserable, just miserable. I was immediately behind schedule. I arrived at the earliest time possible due to your system(10 minutes before reservation time is what I was told). I left the lot soaking wet, 20 minutes late because of all the online difficulties and the situation with the lock.....You have me in your system. I'm sure you can see my rental history. I rent a truck or trailer 3 to 4 times a year for my business. I told the associate when I returned the truck and I'll tell you here. I will never do that again. That was just rediculous.

The lady was super great . Made this so much easier. Best Uhaul place ive been to.
STEPHEN WNight time drop off during non-business hours. Poorly lit, hard to find key box, dog on premises aggressively barking from fenced lot. In addition, though not an issue of the business owner, I was required to return the rental to a location a significant distance from my original end locaton.
Rick GCode was wrong on the lock box, luckily a family member of the owner was there and knew the right combination
Avery JSelf service location but it was fine after talking with the agent by phone.
