The drop off location was outside of Willy’s Gym, there were no personnel just a drop box. I called the help number and the person was very helpful. It was so easy to complete I was worried I hadn’t done all that was required

Michael MThere is no sign so it's hard to find. They are new and had trouble checking me in. My bigger problem was Uhaul forcing me to drive an extra 30 min away from my home to get the trailer i had reserved at a closer location weeks in advance. What's the point of a reservation if you just change it with little notice?
