Service was phenomenal easy pick up and drop off
DANIEL MReally unprofessional. The rental was a side hustle and felt that way. And the inaccuracies cost me money. They were quick to call it full when it was barely over a half tank, but also quick to charge me when I brought it back at 2/3 of a tank. Not sure if it was lack of concern or trying to make some extra money. I've rented from other non-Uhaul owned shops and had much better experiences. I would not go back here.
JON S1. Really need a sign at the location that indicates the office door. 2. The UHaul site is absolutely horrible to navigate. 3. Really need to do something about the quick pickup. It's anything but quick. I love the ability to pickup after hours, but it was pitch black at 9 pm and the foolish site wants me to take photos of the truck. I couldn't figure out how to get the code to the lockbox. I didn't know to click on the picture of the truck. Perhaps just a simple tab that says pickup? The location is convenient and the lady there was great!
