I called to make sure I would be able to get a truck for a move .I called on Monday I asked about reserving a U-Haul for the date I needed one ,the man said no I have 4out in the parking lot no one is beating done the door .lol . When I got there on Thursday he said he did have one!he preceded to say well how long do u need one for I said till Friday .oh you can have a 26ft.till.friday at four.whivh I need one till late on Friday screwed up my whole move!!!

Didn't complete a walkaround of the vehicle or discuss the previous damage. The charge was greater than the quote, but the company fixed it.
