The truck was left with boxes inside I had to trash them myself. The man Kellen I believe that’s his name pronunciation just charged me and didn’t give me a break down for what I was paying for. I told him this was my first time renting an U-Haul and would like his help. Unfortunate in my desperation I had to pay hoping he was telling me the correct information but it appears I have two payments, one $49.00 and the other $22. I was told that was a lot of money and was given wrong information. I have pictures of the truck with the back inside filled with empty boxes I had to remove . I couldn’t verify the license plate because it said it expired and Kellen and some women were gone to even ask for assistance. Also, Kellen was a little rude with me I asked where the truck is and he just pointed in one direction as if I knew. When asked if he could show me, he ignored me and kept talking to some women employee about how their upset the other guy left early now Kellen as to stay late. I returned the truck earlier than a whole complete day I only had it for a few hours, no credit for that just another bill of $22. I would like a refund of an portion of what I paid also a refund of the $22 extra charge. I have pictures if need evidence as well as your cameras on site

Very friendly staff and clean truck.
ROBERT BThe vehicle I reserved was not available upon arrival. There was no apology or effort to fix the situation, they just offered me a pickup truck because that's the only vehicle that was there. When I asked if they could provide straps since I would now need them to hold down the items they told me no. The person working the counter asked the manager to come out and speak to me, which he declined to do.
