Its not where I booked my pick up. I reserved in Blind river. Called the night before to make sure everything was ready & told no trailer at blind river. I had to drive the truck back through to echo bay for pick up. Which made me go over my miles. Id like someone to call me to discuss my additional $80 charge.

Wawa location is a real mess. I originally had a reservation 19214422 the day before for Wawa, I tried multiple times before the booking time to confirm the availability and they reply the representative wasn’t there. Honestly with the low reputation Wawa has, U-Haul should evaluate getting a new place. Never been with a poor and careless service at Wawa. It cost me about 1000 extra dollars the lack of their service. Got a discount of 50 that is something but my expenses went up and the time spent was preventable.
